Mason Sensei is a 7th Dan, Menkyo Okuden, in Heishin-Ryu Sogobujutsu and Dojocho of Budokan Charlotte, in Charlotte, NC. He has 34 years of study in various Japanese Martial Arts including: Heishin-Ryu Sogobujutsu, Kyokushin Karate, Shito-Ryu Karate, and Toyama-Ryu Battojutsu.

He is the Founder and Chairman of the Heishin Bushidokai Nippon Sogo Budo Renmei and is President of Heishin International, LLC. He is also a member of the National Assoc. of Professional Martial Artists (NAPMA), Martial Arts Teachers Association (MATA), and Dragon Society International (DSI).
